A lot more snow fell since I last took pictures of the memorial. The three pine trees in the north east corner of the site have been wrapped for the cold weather. I call them the three sisters. That's not official. For some reason that came to me when I first saw them.

Canadian Firefighters Memorial, December 1, 2013
The theme of the pictures taken today is white. There was snow on the ground and the sky was overcast. There were footprints in front of the wall indicating someone from Alberta or Saskatchewan had come to find a name on the wall. The light was such that a photograph of the snow would not have shown that. The statue seems to look really green but that just may be due to the amount of white providing contrast to the patina on the statue.
