The 18th Annual Ottawa Fire Services Memorial took place at the Ottawa Fire Fighters Memorial at Ottawa City Hall, on a mostly sunny day with just a very slight hint of rain. I think I felt about five drops over ten minutes, not enough to dampen anything.
