The foundations for the wall and the Lone Pine structure have been filled in. There are water pipes in place and some kind of work is being done underground. The underground work would be with water and electricity.

This was the first day I went to the site on a week day with work in progress. I did my best not to be obtrusive to the workers or to take their pictures so they could be identified.
The foundations for the wall and the Lone Pine structure have been filled in. There are water pipes in place and some kind of work is being done underground. The underground work would be with water and electricity.
It might be helpful to know that each time I went to the site to take pictures I started in the southwest corner of the site and then went around it in a clockwise direction.
