Canadian Firefighters Memorial, April 1, 2012

Work has definitely started at this time. There is some facing on the lone pine planter. There are orange numbers on it's concrete shell. Ladders on it indicate more work is being done inside it. At this point in time there is serious doubt that the memorial's construction will be finished by the end of May as advertized on the site's sign. The dedication ceremony is scheduled to happen in less than six months.
