Canadian Firefighters Memorial, June 21, 2012

This was another in-action day. The main event at the time was the engraving of the names on the wall. You can see how this was done. There was someone there filming it or getting it on video. You can see other people about the site doing a variety of things. The formers that were in an earlier set of pictures are here being used to pour hard points where seats and trash cans will go. The stones that will be used to pave the pathways have started arriving.

Bundles of paving stones are stacked here.

The names are being sandblasted using a mask.

A small pile of soil has been put there. Much more will come.

Hard points for seats are being poured.

The concrete going in place will hold a drainage channel.
